Ingredients:
* W2 tbsp Amla (Indian gooseberry) powder
* 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
*2 tbsp Flaxseeds
*2 tbsp Almonds
*2 tbsp Peanuts
* 2 tbsp Oats
*2 tbsp Sunflower seeds
*2 tbsp Beetroot powder
* 1 tbsp Chia seeds
* 1tbsp Fennel seeds (saunf)
*1 tbsp Dry rose petals powder
*1 tsp Moringa powder (optional)
*1tsp Licorice (mulethi) powder (optional)
👉(You can keep equal quantity of all main ingredients)
👇Steps:
1.Lightly dry roast seeds, nuts, and oats separately (low
flame)
2.Let everything cool completely.
3.Add allingredients into a grinder.
4.Grind into a fine powder.
5. Store in an airtight container.
